Don’t feel like cooking yourself? You can order a meal.

Our team guided by our chef Suzanne has the prefect solution for you! If you arrive on a Friday, it’s possible to order a meal. Our kitchen team prepare a delicious vegetarian meal for you assisted by the participants of De Roek Care company. The menu varies and you will be notified about it in the newsletter we will send you in the week prior to your arrival.

 

The costs are € 6 per person. Reservations can be made by telephone during business hours at 0318-59 17 57 or via email to info@deroek.nl in the week prior to your stay. Your reservation for the gourmet feast must be in no later than Thursday at 10. We will see to it that your meal is in your cottage upon arrival.

Project Bolivia Manqua

For every meal ordered we donate € 1 to the Manq’a project in Bolivia where young people are trained to become chefs who promote native cuisine. Manq’a is a Cooking Schools for Youth children.
Manq’a brings together producers, food processors and consumers to train 3,000 disadvantaged young people as chefs, using only local, organic ingredients. ICCO Cooperation and ‘Melting Pot Bolivia’ started the project in 2013 in Bolivia. Since then, Manq’a has grown fast. Nowadays it counts 15 schools in Bolivia and 2 in Colombia.

Fresh and vegetarian

Our curry’s are always fresh and vegetarian, they are prepared with a lot of vegetables and rice.
